Hidden Secrets of Darwin Walk

Scratch beneath the surface to find Darwin’s hidden treasures.

Every city has secrets; hidden treasures that often even the locals don’t know are there!

John Hart from Walk Darwin on the Heritage Walk

Walk Darwin knows where to find these gems and is waiting to share them with you on this 2-hour Darwin walking tour.

It pays to veer off the main track and perhaps head down a laneway or side street to get the real sense of a city, and that’s what you’ll do in the company of a local on the Hidden Secrets of Darwin experience.

A little bit of history, a touch of public art, exploring an arcade or two, pose for a photo and look at buildings old and new. You’ll view the Chinese Temple (morning departures only), and be mesmerised by some of Darwin’s award-winning street art, as well as enjoy a break for a refreshment and a chat.

The Hidden Secrets of Darwin is a relaxed way to spend your morning walking in the cool, with a local, and seeing the sights of Darwin, Australia.

Departs:
Raintree Park under the John McDouall Stuart statue, corner of Smith Street Mall and Knuckey Street. Look for the person in the bright orange shirt.
